Description
Crispy air fryer sweet potato wedges with golden edges and tender centers. Made with simple seasoning and cooked at high heat for maximum crispiness — no soaking or deep frying required.

- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sweet potato wedges and avocado oil. Toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t touching. Work in batches if needed for best results.
- Air fry at 390°F for 6–7 minutes. Flip the wedges, then continue cooking for another 6–7 minutes, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce — gochujang mayo or cilantro jalapeño sauce are especially good.
