Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe: Why You’ll Love This Recipe

There’s nothing I love more than a crispy, crunchy snack. Whether it’s potato chips, french fries, or anything else starchy that can get gloriously golden brown and crispy, I’m all about it. So when I got an air fryer and realized I could make seasoned sweet potato wedges with a texture rivaling french fries, I knew I had to share this recipe.

Sweet potato wedges are one of my favorite ways to enjoy this nutrient-dense vegetable. With minimal ingredients: just a little oil, seasoning, and some time in the air fryer, you can transform humble sweet potatoes into the perfect crispy, salty, slightly-sweet snack or side.

These air fryer sweet potato wedges have become a regular fixture in my kitchen because they’re just so easy to make. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges, toss them with a little oil, and air fry until browned and crispy on the outside while remaining tender. The air fryer gives them crispy edges without the need for deep frying.

You’ll love serving up these wedges as an appetizer or a delicious side dish that everyone will enjoy. The crispy exterior gives way to a creamy, sweet interior that pairs perfectly with your favorite dipping sauces. They’re a perfect snack for game day or movie night too. However you serve them, the combination of tender and crispy textures will be irresistible.
