You can use different types of bread in place of pita bread, like naan, lavash, or tortillas. If you want a healthier alternative, you can use whole wheat pita bread instead.

What if I don't have Pita Bread?

Pita Bread Olive / Avocado Oil Sea Salt Smoked Paprika or Sumac (Optional)

Ingredients

Preheat air fryer to 325°F for 3-5 minutes. Stack pita bread and use a sharp knife to cut into 6-8 triangles.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and salt. Gently toss the pita triangles in oil, making sure they are all evenly coated.

Working 2 batches, place pita triangles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
