With barely any effort, you can ditch the mediocre store-bought pita chips for these quick and delicious homemade ones. Your favorite dips are about to get upgraded.

4 pita breads
2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika or Sumac, optional
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F for 3-5 minutes.
- Stack pita bread and use a sharp knife to cut into 6-8 triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and salt. Gently toss the pita triangles in oil, making sure they are all evenly coated.
- Working 2 batches, place pita triangles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flip (or give the basket a good shake).
- Air fry for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dip.
- Keep extra pita chips in an air tight container. Pita chips keep for 3-5 days.
